We are excited to announce the launch of DEPA’s Emerging Leaders Program, a prestigious new program designed to recognize and celebrate the leadership, dedication, influence, and contributions of exceptional young professionals in our industry. This program aims to honor both emerging talents who have demonstrated outstanding potential and those who have successfully climbed from entry-level positions to leadership roles.

The Emerging Leaders program seeks to shine a spotlight on individuals who exemplify the qualities of future leaders. We believe that recognizing these outstanding professionals will not only celebrate their achievements but also inspire others within our industry.

We invite you to consider submitting a candidate to be recognized. This is a unique opportunity to highlight the remarkable contributions of young professionals in your network and provide them with the recognition they deserve.
