  • For space and catering, it is important we know who is coming. Please update us if this information changes.
  • In order to plan responsibly and avoid unnecessary costs, we ask that you only RSVP for meal functions you fully intend to attend. Catering counts are finalized in advance and DEPA is responsible for those costs. Attendees who RSVP but do not attend may be invoiced for the cost of the meal.
  • DEPA has traditionally hosted this event without a registration fee. This year, due to rising venue and hospitality costs, we are asking attendees to consider contributing toward the cost of their participation. An invoice will be sent after your selection is made. The food and beverage cost for the event is approximately $450 per person. If your organization is able to contribute at or above that amount, we greatly appreciate the support. For those who are able, we also invite larger companies to consider contributing at a higher level to help offset participation for smaller independent producers and nonprofit trade groups whose voices are critical to the work we do in Washington. Participation is welcome regardless of contribution level.
